Advantages:
High Efficiency Interfloor System (EAE)

This mezzanine system is called high-efficiency because by taking advantage of the mechanical advantages of the different construction materials, an excellent structural behavior is achieved, reducing the direct costs of your project.

The joists or ribs are reinforced with high-strength structural steel, on which the weight of the platelet or upper reinforced concrete tile is received. This platelet is monolithically integrated with the steel joist, achieving a joint work, guaranteeing a very high structural resistance. The union between the upper plate and the joist is achieved by means of high resistance mechanical connectors.

All modules (joist and plate) can come pre-assembled in such a way that it is only necessary to locate and install them on site. In addition to the normal advantages for the use of this system, the non-use of any type of formwork for the joists or the upper tile would be added, thus achieving very high yields in the construction process.

To avoid possible corrosion phenomena, all metallic elements are cleaned and protected according to the metallic construction standards, although the system is naturally protected against corrosion.

Structural Model Developed in Finite Element Advantages

The use of lightening materials or caissons such as wood, styrofoam, bricks, among others, is not required.
Reduce the use of forms or formwork as well as scaffolding or supports for these.

The storage of aggregates (sand and stone), reinforcing rods and cement is reduced in the work, allowing the presentation of cleaner works and with less visual contamination.
It allows high construction performances with respect to the conventional system.

The system allows the joists or ribs as well as the upper tile to be prefabricated in controlled places outside the work, increasing the quality of the construction processes.
Decrease in the own weight of the structural elements of the mezzanine.

Decrease in the own weight of the structural elements of the mezzanine.

Lower direct and indirect costs, when compared to the traditional lightened mezzanine construction system made up of joists or ribs and reinforced concrete slab.

The system will not be susceptible to corrosion problems, despite this, a zinc chromate or epoxy anticorrosive protection scheme will be applied.
